Service description

ClinicalTrialSpot provides clinical-trial recruitment services to research sites, site networks, and study sponsors — study-specific creative, geo-targeted advertising campaigns, and secure delivery of consented leads. We are not a medical provider, research institution, or pharmaceutical company, and we do not provide medical advice or conduct clinical trials.

Roles

We develop creative and deliver leads. The research site performs eligibility screening, informed consent, and the conduct of the trial under its own IRB-approved process. Nothing on this site constitutes medical advice.

No guarantee of enrollment or results

Recruitment outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including protocol criteria, site operations, and market conditions. We do not guarantee a specific number of leads, screenings, or enrollments.

Client responsibilities

Clients are responsible for obtaining IRB approval of recruitment materials before campaigns run, for lawful handling of the leads we deliver, and for the accuracy of protocol information they provide to us.

Limitation of liability

ClinicalTrialSpot's liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not liable for outcomes related to trial conduct or participation.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
